1. Who is responsible

THE MAGIC SERVICES S.A.S. (NIT 901.914.445-5, Cámara de Comercio Aburrá Sur, Envigado, Antioquia) publishes this app and this notice and is the data controller for what it receives from you. Questions and requests: eldelamagia28@icloud.com or +57 323 886 0876.

2. What this notice covers

The Android app The Magic Services Data Check and its website, including the browser checker on the website. Both work without an account.

3. What the app does

It reads a CSV file you choose, checks each value with Colombian format rules and shows counts, scores and masked examples. It never edits your file and has no internet permission.

A small closed drawer cabinet

4. What the app stores on your phone

For each batch: its name and code, where the data comes from, the wished load date, the file name and the document permission, the column headers and the meanings and settings you chose, and for each check the date, the counts per rule and column and the scores. If you add them, your contact name, phone and a note. A record of each profile you confirmed you sent: date, channel and a fingerprint. Rows and cell values are not stored.

5. The file you open

You pick the file with Android's document picker, which gives the app read access to that one document. The app keeps that access so you can check the file again; "Forget the file" in the batch releases it. The app reads the file in memory while a check runs and does not copy it.

6. Data about other people in your file

Your file may hold personal data of your customers, suppliers or staff. For that data you are the controller under Ley 1581 de 2012. The app only processes it on your phone, for the check you start, and never sends it anywhere.

7. What you can share

The profile: batch code and name, source, number of rows and columns, encoding and delimiter, the date of the check, the wished load date, the overall score, each column's header, meaning, score and counts per rule, the number of repeated records, the change since the previous check, and your note and contact if you add them. It never holds a row, a cell value or an example. You see the exact text before sending.

8. How a profile is sent

Through apps you choose on your phone: the share sheet, your email app (addressed to eldelamagia28@icloud.com) or a phone call to +57 323 886 0876. Those apps handle the message under their own terms. The app asks afterwards whether you sent it and records the date only if you say yes.

9. What The Magic Services does with a profile

It uses the profile and your contact details to answer you about the data part of your project. It keeps them only as long as needed to answer you and to prepare that work, and then deletes them.

10. No accounts, tracking or advertising

There is no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising identifier, no crash reporting to a server and no cookies on the website.

11. Permissions

The app asks for no permission at install. Access to a file comes only from the document picker, one file at a time, and you can revoke it.

12. Children

The app is meant for businesses and adults. Files may include data about children (for example a school list); that data is protected by Ley 1581 de 2012 art. 7, so check it only on your phone and share counts only, as the app does.

A sealed envelope

13. Sensitive data

The app never asks for sensitive data (Ley 1581 de 2012 art. 5). If your file holds any, it stays on your phone; the profile only counts findings.

14. Security

The app's data stays in its private storage on the phone. Android backups of the app are switched off. No server copy exists.

15. Keeping and deleting

Your batches stay until you delete them. Deleting a batch removes its settings, counts and send records; "Forget the file" releases the document access; uninstalling removes everything the app stored.
