GUIDE
Export a clean CSV
In your spreadsheet program, use Save as (or Download as) and choose "CSV UTF-8". That keeps ñ and accents intact.

Keep one header row with a short name per column, and one record per row.
Remove totals, merged cells and notes below the table before exporting.
Then open the file in the app with the document picker. The app only reads it.
Encoding and separators
"CSV UTF-8" keeps ñ and accents. A plain "CSV" from some programs uses Windows-1252: the app reads it too, but letters like ñ may already be broken in the file ("ñ"), which the app reports as broken accents.
Spreadsheets set to Spanish often separate values with a semicolon, because the comma is the decimal mark. The app detects comma, semicolon, tab and vertical bar.
Dates and amounts
Colombia writes day/month/year. When every date in a column has a day of 12 or less, nothing shows the order, so the app marks those dates to check.
Amounts in Colombia use "." for thousands and "," for cents (1.234.567,50). A column that mixes this with 1,234,567.50 is read wrongly by most systems.
The business days the app counts skip weekends and the public holidays of Ley 51 de 1983, including the 9 July holiday added by Ley 2578 de 2026.

Call or write to The Magic Services and ask what it can take on. The app and this site check formats; they do not promise any service.
