THE MAGIC SERVICES · ENVIGADO

Check your list before it moves

An Android app that reads your customer, supplier or product list on the phone, checks it with Colombian rules and lets you send The Magic Services a profile with counts only. The rows never leave the phone.

FOUR STEPS

From file to profile

  1. 1

    Open your CSV

Pick the file from the phone, or try the bundled example. The app reads it; it never edits it.

  2. 2

    Say what each column holds

The app guesses from the headers: name, ID, NIT, phone, email, place, date, amount.

  3. 3

    Read the findings

A score per column, counts per rule, masked examples and the steps to fix each one in your spreadsheet.

  4. 4

Send a profile, not your data

Counts only: you see the exact text before it goes by email, share or a call.

Questions about the data part of your project?

Call or write to The Magic Services and ask what it can take on. The app and this site check formats; they do not promise any service.
